1. Description of Service
RayPass is a digital stamp-card aggregation wallet owned by SETCODER LIMITED that allows users to collect stamps from participating third-party merchants and venues and redeem loyalty rewards.
2. Account Registration
To access features of the application, you must register for an account using your email or a supported OAuth login (Google, Facebook, Apple). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Stamps and Rewards Rules
When participating in merchant loyalty systems on RayPass, you agree that:
- Digital stamps have no direct monetary or cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or currency.
- Stamps and rewards cannot be transferred, sold, or pooled between different user accounts.
- All rewards are subject to individual merchant availability, specific rules, and expiration limits set on their programs.
4. Prohibited Abuse and Fraud
You must not exploit bugs, manipulate transaction logs, create duplicate accounts to harvest rewards, or attempt fraudulent scans. Any detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account by SETCODER LIMITED and forfeiture of all accumulated stamps and rewards.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
SETCODER LIMITED does not own or operate partner merchants. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any products or services provided by partner venues, nor are we liable if a merchant declines to honor stamps or rewards.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the application following the posting of modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
