Business Terms of Service & Partner Agreement

1. Business Service Description

RayPass Business is an enterprise platform that enables partner businesses (cafes, salons, restaurants, retail shops, etc.) to manage digital loyalty programs, authorize staff to scan customer passes, and track customer retention.

2. Business Account & Staff Authorization

Business owners are responsible for managing their branch locations and staff member accounts. Any QR scan, stamp addition, or reward redemption authorized under staff credentials remains the sole responsibility of the business.

3. QR Scanning & Fair Use Rules

Business users and authorized staff must adhere to fair-use principles:

• No stamps or rewards may be issued without valid, verified physical customer presence.
• Exploiting system bugs or issuing fraudulent stamps will result in immediate permanent account termination.
• Issuing fraudulent transactions to internal staff accounts is strictly prohibited.

4. Subscriptions & Service Fees

RayPass Business subscription packages are offered under the terms specified in service details. Payment obligations for paid tiers must be fulfilled on time. Overdue accounts may be restricted.

5. Customer Data Protection & Confidentiality

Businesses may only use customer verification data accessed during QR scans (display name, avatar, member level) strictly for loyalty validation. Copying, exporting, or misusing customer data is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

SETCODER LIMITED is not liable for the quality, safety, or delivery of products or services provided by partner venues to their customers. Standard resolution timelines apply for technical disruptions.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Business Partner Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
